Review: Liz Earle Natural Active Skin Care

I know that there are so many Liz Earle reviews out there, but I believe everyone's opinion and review is going to be slightly different from one another in some way, even if we do all love the stuff! I have been a fan for a long time, so I wanted to share my thoughts and also go through my step-by-step skincare routine to achieve the perfect, flawless skin..

L-R Liz Earle Tonic, Cleanse & Polish, Exfoliator
Front Skin Repair Moisturiser

Ahhh, the infamous 'Cleanse and Polish', this is probably the product that the brand is most known for and I'm sure you are all familiar with it!  Containing natural active ingredients such as rosemary, chamomile, cocoa butter and eucalyptus, this gentle cleanser leaves skin feeling soft and extremely clean. Recommended in a 2 phase cleansing process, it should first be used to remove makeup and daily build up of dirt. This product is suitable for all skin types and is even safe to use over the eye area, removing stubborn or waterproof eye make up without causing any stinging or irritation. Secondly, using the pure muslin cloth that comes along side the cleanser, carefully buff away the cream after running under hot water, which also helps in gentle exfoliation. This has been my every day, without fail,  skincare routine which I carry out both morning and night, for the past few years and the reason I believe I have clear skin, nothing can compare!

Twice a week, after cleansing, I turn to the 'Gentle Face Exfoliator' for extra, deeper exfoliation. Containing the natural ingredients of eucalyptus, cocoa butter and jojoba beads, this exfoliator softly polishes the skin, removing impurities and dead skin cells. Suitable for all skin types, except the hyper sensitive, it is advised to use it as often as you feel to revive dull looking skin.

I follow the previous steps with the 'Instant Boost Skin Tonic Spritzer', available in either a pouring bottle or sprizter, shown above, this fresh, floral scented toner contains organic aloe vera, cucumber and vitamin E to sooth and refresh the face, resulting in revitalised, healthy looking skin. I spritz this on directly, to help lock in extra moisture after cleansing and exfoliating or even on those hot, summer days for a refreshing boost.

I complete my skincare routine with the 'Skin Repair Moisturiser' available in different formulas to suit different skin types. I use the normal/combination which contains avocado oil, echinacea and borage. This light, but rich cream nourishes, protects and strengthens, leaving skin with a natural looking radiance.

Have you guys tried this range? What are your thoughts or what is your skincare must have?
